Belle's Kitchen & Music Hall is an example of how thoughtful asset repositioning can transform an existing property into a distinctive new destination. Originally occupied by a popular national restaurant chain, the project retained much of the existing building while introducing a modern architectural identity. In collaboration with a talented interior design team, Size Architecture refreshed the exterior with a contemporary façade that enhances curb appeal, extends the life of the asset, and creates a memorable experience for guests.
