Originally built in 1912, this building is located in one of Winnipeg’s top neighbourhoods. In need of a new face it was reinvented to match the trendy neighbourhood it resides in. Our design focused on transforming the building's exterior through a contemporary façade treatment, updated storefront presence, and strategic architectural interventions that increased its visibility and street appeal.

The refreshed exterior creates a strong visual landmark while preserving the building's original masonry structure, demonstrating how thoughtful asset repositioning can breathe new life into existing buildings. The result is a vibrant commercial destination that complements the energy of Osborne Village while extending the building's relevance for years to come.
